business can participate in its local elections.
Every day the City of London Corporation promotes the business
City and its interests. These services have a major impact on your
organisation and how you do business. Whether it’s a dedicated
police force, infrastructure improvements, street cleaning,
promoting financial services, planning and the environment, arts
and culture, parks and gardens and giving the City a voice in
national and European legislation.
The City Corporation needs to make sure the services it provides
and how it provides them are what you need. You can shape them by
signing up to vote in City elections.
Registration forms have been sent to organisations in the City
and it is important that you fill them in. The more employees you
have, the greater the number of votes you are entitled to and the
more say you can have in how the City is run. These are for City
elections only - not GLA, UK or European parliamentary
elections.
